There is no ‘disable’ option per say. Go to the “Touch” tab under Pen and Touch and uncheck “Use finger as input device”. Press the “Apply” button.

All I did was disable the first one and then tap the screen to see if it was disabled. Then I enabled, then disabled the second one and so on. Don’t be afraid to disable items in Device Manager, unless you have a mission critical computer that does important things, you don’t have to worry about anything.
